General
-The commissioner (buyers) must provide clear reference images before the artist begins the commission.

-The artist has the right to reject the commission request if he or she is unable or does not feel confident in making the request.

Use
-The commissioner is STRICTLY PROHIBITED from using commission art for NFT or Crypto/Bitcoin purposes.

-The commissioner is STRICTLY PROHIBITED from using commission art for Stable Diffusion (AI) training purposes.

-Commissioner can use this for any social media banner or profile image, such as: Twitch profile and banner, Youtube profile and banner, etc. And it will count as personal use.

Copyright
-The commissioner must accredit the artist's pseudonym (Hansel Mint Art) or tag if they wish to publish a photo of the commission on social networks.

Pay
-Payment can be made through Paypal or if the client uses prex Uruguay, if the client resides in Uruguay it can be made by abitab.

-Payment is expected to be 100% upfront before the artist works on the request.

Delivery
-It takes 1-2 weeks to finish a single drawing. However, it may take longer, between 1 and 2 months, depending on various factors, such as: health, commission order, complexity, work or family problems.

Refund
-The commission agent has no right to a refund if the commission has been paid.

but I, the artist, have the right to cancel or refund it due to various factors, such as: unable/not confident to draw the request, busy with real life matters, art equipment broken by accident, or the commission is not complete and 2 months have passed since the commission was paid.
